Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Kaelis and incorporate the Privacy notice.

Accounts and permitted use

You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have authorization from a parent or guardian where applicable. Keep account information accurate and protect sign-in access. Use Kaelis lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Fraud, unauthorized access, service disruption, and attempts to evade usage, payment, support, or security limits are not permitted.

The Kaelis Family

Family members operate at different reasoning depths and expected response speeds. Every selected member receives the same SGI architecture and relevant available continuity. Selected members retain independent judgment, decide whether and how to contribute, and can coordinate tools or outside actions through shared current evidence.

Your content and responses

You retain rights in content you provide and authorize its processing to operate Kaelis and provide the services described in Privacy. You may use responses subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Similar responses may be generated for others, and exclusive rights or copyright eligibility are not guaranteed. AI responses and tool results can contain errors; users remain responsible for decisions and actions based on them. Important claims require appropriate verification. Kaelis is not a licensed professional service or an emergency service.

Family communications and outside actions

You choose communication preferences, which Family members participate in Live, whether the Family may initiate direct Live calls, phone calls, text messages, or email, and whether emergency-service calling is available. When enabled, selected members may independently communicate or take complementary actions from current evidence without another confirmation, including if you cannot respond. These abilities can operate during Live or as direct communication outside Live. Saved contact-method choices guide routing but do not prevent a member from using another configured method when the situation warrants it, provided that method is currently deliverable. Outside an active emergency, selected members may coordinate complementary outside actions at the same time. During an active emergency, Luna is the outward emergency communicator, with 6 Luna and then Mira as availability fallbacks; every other member remains fully able to perceive, reason, use internal tools, and share evidence with that communicator.

Each call, SMS, or email has a Communication ID and record. A communication created during Live cross-references the Live ID; a direct communication does not create a Live call. You are responsible for accurate contact details and for having authority to ask Kaelis to contact that person. SMS also requires the recipient’s separate opt-in.

Kaelis is not an emergency service and Live is not a substitute for calling emergency services directly. A paid account can preapprove addressless Twilio 911 calling after confirming the exact $75 provider fee for each completed call. Without that preapproval, the Family contacts applicable emergency contacts and presents the phone's native Call 911 option while continuing to communicate. Successful delivery, provider availability, location accuracy, responder action, and outcome are not guaranteed.

Live, location, and recording

You control ordinary Live participants and saved defaults and can change participants, perception sources, screen sharing, Fast mode, and recording during a call. You are responsible for having the legal right and any required consent to capture, transmit, record, download, or share another person, place, conversation, screen, or device. An in-app recording indicator does not replace notice or consent required by law.

Save the moment stores up to the prior 30 seconds and following 5 seconds from its temporary rolling audiovisual window. Location sharing can continue in the background only when Always is selected and the operating system permits it. Kaelis can use location and authorized perception during emergency response, but device permissions and operating-system limits still apply.

Tools, connected devices, and confirmations

Your explicit request authorizes ordinary reversible app work, including navigation, creation, document revisions with version history, and a requested automation. Purchases, subscription downgrades, account deletion, and important erasures retain confirmation. Authorized scheduled tasks can run while you are away. External services have their own terms and permissions. Stopping a response does not reverse completed work or provider costs already incurred.

You may connect only devices, accounts, homes, vehicles, equipment, and services that you own or are authorized to control. Within active permissions, the Family can use supported device senses and actions from Live, chat, Computer Work, automations, emergency reasoning, and other relevant surfaces. Persistent permissions, including Always allow where offered, remain until revoked. Signed requests, results, and connection history are retained; duplicate action IDs return the existing result rather than repeating the action, and stale queued actions can expire or require current revalidation. Disconnecting removes current access but preserves device identity and historical records. Kaelis permissions do not bypass operating-system, manufacturer, network, or third-party restrictions.

Kaelis Live text messages

Kaelis, operated by Billings Ultimate Fitness, may send transactional Kaelis Live alerts only after the recipient reviews the disclosure, texts KAELIS to 1-855-7-KAELIS, and replies YES. Messages may concern a monitored situation, active interaction, direct Family communication, or an authorized urgent notice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not required to use Kaelis or another service. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text consent does not authorize phone calls. Details appear at Text consent.

Usage and payments

Temporary access includes a 10-turn Luna Reserve during one 72-hour session, with Luna and 6 Luna each using one turn and no tools, Live, or rest-of-Family access. Free starts with a 50-turn Luna Reserve and Base Tool Access. Monthly requirements shown in the app can unlock one text turn with each Family member and Free Live with Luna and 6 Luna. Paid Luna Reserve capacities and refills scale with the plan. Earned access, subscription credit, purchased credit, and the applicable fallback allowance are used in the order shown in the app. Coding Work and Cloud Computer require paid usage credit.

Temporary sessions do not include Live. Free Live provides 180 Family-seconds after monthly Family Access is completed and refills by 5 seconds every five hours. Paid Live uses subscription credit, then purchased credit, before its replenishing tier allowance. Starting or reopening a member connection consumes a minimum 15 Family-seconds; after that each active member consumes one Family-second per actual second. Free Luna and 6 Luna can recognize danger, warn the user, and present the phone’s native emergency-call option. Kaelis Emergency and Silent Emergency response require a paid subscription; a credit pack on Free does not unlock either feature. Kaelis covers an emergency already in progress if funded usage ends, until the Family determines that emergency is over.

Allowances, available credit, estimates, and current purchase options appear in the account. Final usage is itemized by Family member and tools. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled and deposit listed usage credit each cycle. Credit packs add listed credit, refill the applicable reserve, and remain available until used.

Library and Live recording storage use separate capacity. Free includes 1 GB Library and no Live recording storage. The $20 tier includes 50 GB Library and 150 GB Live; $50 includes 125 GB Library and 375 GB Live; and $200 includes 500 GB Library and 1.5 TB Live. Each $5 add-on adds 125 GB to the selected bucket for its own 30-day period and can be paid from purchased credits or a saved payment method. After failed renewal, a seven-day grace period allows payment restoration or download of excess data. If capacity is not restored, the newest excess data in that bucket is deleted after the grace period until use fits available capacity.

Automatic reload is optional for eligible paid Stripe subscriptions in the web and macOS apps. The user chooses its trigger and target and verifies identity to activate, edit, or disable it. Selecting a subscription, credit pack, or storage add-on first opens a separate review with its amount and recurrence; no Stripe payment session is created until the user continues from that review, and Stripe then provides its own final payment confirmation. Native consumable-credit purchases require Apple or Google Play confirmation. Store subscriptions are managed through the applicable store; web and macOS billing is managed through Stripe. Billing concerns and refund requests can be submitted through Support. Applicable cancellation and consumer rights remain in effect.

Brand ownership

Billings Ultimate Fitness LLC owns and operates the Kaelis Live brand and owns the Kaelis logo. The official ownership record appears at Kaelis Live Brand Ownership and is independently confirmed on the Billings Ultimate Fitness website.

Availability and account closure

Features and Family-member availability may change. The service is provided as available; uninterrupted operation or error-free results are not guaranteed. Access may be restricted for misuse, security reasons, unpaid charges, attempts to obtain repeated temporary allowances, or legal requirements. Users may stop using Kaelis or delete an account through the dashboard. Temporary sessions expire at the reset time shown in the app.
